On-line fault registration

System faults can be localised on-line world wide, as required by our clients. The monitoring is done through a specially dedicated router which is conected to our secure server in holland. This router provides us with a direct link to the conveyor parts on site.

The solution for resolving the problem can be provided directly with the client, in consultation with the maintenance staff of the company concerned and the central Railtechniek terminal in Tiel. Client confidentiality is assured, because the connection to our central office at Tiel is done with a sucure connection.

A specially authorised member of the service staff is responsible for manning the Railtechniek control room. A 24-hour service operation means that time differences around the world are never a problem.
