| | Project Zamil Steel16.10.2008 Zamil SteelAfter a successful installation of a large Teleflex T5 Power and Free conveyor system for Zamil Steel in Saudi Arabia, Railtechniek van Herewijnen BV received the order for new systems for India and the Emirates. The systems will be again of the type Telefex T5 with transporting loads up to 5000 kg. The value of the two orders is over 1,5 mil. Euro.Zamil Steel IndiaZamil India has a new factory in India, which is located in Pune, Maharashtra State. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility on a total area of 87,000 square meters is capable of producing complete pre-engineered buildings. Pre-engineered steel buildings are used as factories, warehouses, labor camps, supermarkets and many other industrial and commercial uses. The factory is expected to reach its full production capacity in the second half of 2008 when it will have an annual production capacity of three million square meters of pre-engineered steel buildings. The Teleflex T5 Power and Free conveyor will be used for transporting 5000 kg steel products with size of 13x0,9 mtr trough a paint finishing line. The system for India will be installed at the end of 2008Zamil Steel RAKThe system for Zamil Steel Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) in the UAE will installed in the beginning of 2009. Like for Zamil Steel India the conveyor will be used for transporting 5000 kg steel products with size of 13x0,9 mtr trough a paint finishing line.
