This device is used for applications where the track can expand e.g. safety tracks or ovens. The expansion device is composed of a special bracket with tracks finished at one side as indicated in the drawing.

According to the fastening possibilities the following options are available.

To calculate the number of expansion devices, one thing has to be taken into account, that for each expansion device the maximum expansion length is 20 mm. The expansion devices are mounted with the maximum opening so that the tracks can expand in case of temperature increase.
