Bridge Cranes

For the lifting, replacing and the exact position is there, dependent of the consumer target, a choice of two cross crane designs.

The first is a cross crane construction which bridge crane is confirmed at two extended running gears, who extremely become accurate in the both longitudinal beams. That is why the bridge crane stays in all the circumstances fixed on both cross tracks. This kind of type crane is suitable for integration in a total monorail circuit or for utilization above a bath progression.

The second is a cross crane construction, which is mounted at two short running gears. The bridge crane within a load carrier has no problem to run around an obstacle. That is why it has the name articulated crane.

Both crane constructions are builded from standard components and simply to mound, to extend or to change with bolted joints.

The carrying capacity is step by step builded from 100 until 1000 kg.

Bridge crane variants

Outside the general standard cranes we design cross cranes for a specific user target. Like a monorail cross crane for a wood fabric in combination with a drop/lift section.

By using bolded safety components the loads of one cross crane can be brought over to the other cross crane without problems.

Double beam bridge cranes and double beam articulated cranes, are special for the raising for carrying a part of the standard base concept.
