From the beginning of 2008 a second, state of the art, full automatic powder application line was opened. This line is equipped with a TELEFLEX T5 Power & Free Conveyor System. In the new line products up to a length of 14,5 meter and a height of 3 meter with a maximum weight of 3500kg can be powder coated. For easy loading and unloading two large drop-sections are installed with a lifting capacity of 5000kg.

With the new system Van Gulik Coating doubles the max. product length, trippels the capacity and can handles six times more product weight.

TELEFLEX T5 Power and Free Systems are installed in The Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Emirates and India.
