Monitoring via a specially dedicated telephone line can trace problems and analyse the causes.The solution for resolving the problem can be provided directly, in consultation with the maintenance staff of the company concerned and the central Railtechniek terminal in Tiel. Client confidentiality is assured, because the connection to our central office at Tiel can only be made by the client concerned. A specially authorised member of the service staff is responsible for manning the Railtechniek control room. A 24-hour service operation means that time differences around the world are never a problem. |
